  នៅក្នុងបរិបទសកលភាវូបនីកម្ម និងសហគមន៍អាស៊ាន សាលាជាតិកសិកម្មព្រែកលៀប បានចាប់ដៃគូរសហការណ៍ជា មួយសាកលវិទ្យាល័យកសិកម្មធំៗមួយចំនួននៅក្នុងតំបន់ក៏ដូចជា នៅលើពិភពលោក ដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ ការងារអប់រំ ស្រាវជ្រាវ និងស្វែងរកឱកាសធ្វើទស្សនសិក្សា និងឱកាសអាហារ រូបករណ៍ដល់និស្សិតបន្តការសិក្សា ទៅកាន់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យទាំង អស់នោះ ដែលវាជាផ្នែកមួយយ៉ាងសំខាន់នៃការពង្រឹងគុណភាព អប់រំរបស់ខ្លួន។
