Research Project

National Institute of Agriculture (PNCA) offers Associate Degree and Bachelor Degree in agricultural sciences link with research and other related field activities.

Study programs, research activities, and study tours are essential to link lectures in class to the practical tasks. Therefore, PNCA requires teachers and students to get involved in field activities, laboratory, farms and rural community.

Facilities that are used to support the teaching and research include research stations, computer laboratory, chemical laboratory, conference room, farmer field schools and research projects.

RESEARCH PROJECTS

  1. ASPIRE Component 2: griculture Services Programme for Innovation, Resilience and Extension (ASPIRE) is a programme of the Royal Government of Cambodia, supported by International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD).
  2. 2013 –2014: Principal Researcher of Rice Fish Farming Adapted in Rainfed and Irrigated Rice Fields at Takeo province
  3. Jan – Dec 2013:  Principal trainer/researcher for the Project of Building Climate Resilient Food Production System: Integrating Reservoir And Rice Fish Farming
  4. 2005 – 2011: Assistant to Project Team Leader of Sustainable Rice-Fish Integration at Takeo, Cambodia
